Hello,
I CANT TRANSFER SOME VIDEOS FROM A KODAK CAMERA TO MY COMPUTER, EVEN USING THE UBS CABLE, IT DOENST WORK, ITS KEEPING EMPTY...HELP ME SOMEONE, PLEASE

Dear Ralph Yes, in my cam it works well. I mean , its possible to see the short videos playng clearly.

Dear Sonia,

It will hence be a problem with the cable or the USB port.

Try plugging it into another USB Port and also try using

another cable.

This should fix your problem.
