hi ,, when i am try to open my pen drive , one message is appear like the drive disk h : is not formated u want format?

and when i give yes  the drive disk h is not format .. i want to solve this problem..

To format your pen drive successfully you will have to use a tool, 

Please use HP USB Storage formatting tool
