Explorer.exe -Application Error

Hello,
explorer. exe - Application Error
The Instruction at "0X7C9111de" reference memory at "0X00710070". The Memory could not be "read".

i can not click on start menu as well as there id=s no response when clicking on desktop.

how to solve this error
