Dear Sir,
This problem may be originating from your system clock wrongly set or softpub.dll or still it could be from the
use of invalid proxy server. You should spot the source of the problem first. Firstly set the clock time settings.
Secondly, run the regsvr32 softpub.dll and restart the messenger. If still it doesn't works, please fix the proxy
settings of your browser. The problem should get fixed by these steps. I will also advise you to have a look at
the following article found in the FAQ section will be helpful to you in fixing problems that you get with msn
