Desk top Icon Not Work

Hello,
When iam triying to open the control panel, it messaing me like (AppLICATION NOT FOUND).
Not only control panel, desktop shoutcut items also, any other documents iam unable to open
desktop, control panel, C:drive, E:drive,ect. and iam trying to restar that also same message it showing.

Dear Anjali,

Please select any document on the desktop and open it. It will normally not be running as

you stated. But press CTRL+ALT+DELETE getting access to the TASK MANAGER. This will

allow you to see whether the process is going on. You will have a clear answer of what is

going on. I believe that it should be some sort of virus or malware. Please run a virus scan

and remove or repair anything which is going wrong. This should solve your problem.
