Dear Sir,
If you are having such a problem, it would have been essential to know which operating system you are actually
using for fixing this specific problem. Well no matter which OS you are using, please exit the old version of MSN
and press Start and click on Run. Run the following %appdata%\microsoft\msn messenger. You will then have to
delete all the files and folders too present over there to fix the problem that you are having thanks. Indicating us
which OS you are using will allow us to give you a more accurate solution.
