Bluetooth is not working

Hello,
sir my lap's bluetooth drivers are not installed completely.it shows the mesage that"plug in a bluetooth device"..
please solve my problem

Dear Sir,

If you have an ACER laptop and you are trying to use laptop, i am sorry to tell you that there's no bluetooth driver installed!!

You will need to connect a USB bluetooth adapter!
