data corupted Closed

Question

Hello,

This is to inform you that the Pen Drive (Kingston 32GB) which was purchsed purchased aroung 5 Months back is not allowing to provide the copied data . The folder is visible but the data is not visible at all. 

The Pen Drive is having the warranty of 1 Year . Please Provide the software through which data can be viewd properly.

Please provide the same on urgent basis as my routine work gets affected.

Dear Babu,

Thanks for giving enough details for us to give you a proper solution. The information provided is very useful

for solving the matter. Actually there are a great percentage of counterfeit pen drives which are sold on the

market. This could be a possibility. However you should scan your pen drive and see whether it has been 

infected by a virus. If yes, please remove the virus. If the problem do persist, you will be compelled to format

it. You will nevertheless lose the files in it. Also if you are unable to solve the problem through this method, 

please get the pen drive to the store and explain them the problem that you are actually having. They will

make their best to help you.
