This looks like a hardware problem that is best resolved in a repair shop. It could be as simple as a bad power supply or as fatal as a defective motherboard.

what is the computer.
what bios do you have.
bleeps in that manner indicate either the graphics card or memory, but would need to know the what the bios is.
you could start by removing and reseating the memory and graphics card
also, if you have 2 memory modules, leave one out.
boot it up again see what happens
