It might be for the fact that the pictures are not in the proper format. You should import them
and convert them. This will solve your problem. Nevertheless you haven't given accurate
information about the problem that you are having, it is quite confusing. Is the memory card
detected please. If it is not detected, it might be a problem with your PC. Please try opening
it on another PC and confirm the problem.
