Cannot able to connect to bluetooth

Hello sir
i am using windows 7 my laptop is a dell inspiron 1440,when i tried to connect to bluetooth it is not working,downloaded software but it says that no bluetooth device,is there any blue tooth device in this model,how to solve this issue can you help me.tanks

install it in compatibility mode

for windows xp or vista
