I can't open websites with double click

Hello,
When I look for website at the explorer I can't open it with double click.
It seems to me that there is a definition in norton that blocks websites from oppening.

I can't open websites with double click
Connected to internet but cannot access websites ✓ - Forum - WiFi
Wifi connected but websites not loading ✓ - Forum - Network
Keyboard won't let me type double letters ✓ - Forum - Keyboard
Internet connected but webpages won't load ✓ - Forum - Internet/Social Networks

You will hence have to deactivate your anti virus software and firewalls in

order for it to work properly.
