Page can not be displayed

Hello, I am able to enter some websites but when i try to continue my search on that same site a page pops up and reads this page can not be displayed, I was wondering if you could help me with my problem, thank you.

hi there,

open your browser and press ctrl+shift+del

this will delete cookies and clear browser cache

refresh or restart browser when done
