Hey there, my brother wanted to change his graphics card and he told me that he could not as there is no pci express port on the motherboard

hey
you have to find a graphic card who go in an AGP (8x or 4x)...
its AGP in french, try to check how you english people call it.
but you can find some, even if it wont perform like a 280gtx
