Watching Youtube or Metacafe

Hello,
I am facing problem of slow and at time stopages in video watching on Youtube or Metcafe. I have Adobe Flashplayer 10 Active X and Adobe Flash Player Plugin installed. Do I need some other software for good quality video watching or otherwise please guide what should I do. Thanks

Dear Sir,

This is because of slow connection speed. While watching any video, cancel

all downloads for having an enough quick buffering for the specific video.
