can not open youtube.com Closed

Hello,
sir,
    from last two days i m not able to open as well as see any contents/videos on youtube neither the youtube site opens on my IE , 
    i also got some problem in yahoo messenger, whn i tried to get in any yahoo chat room , the characters which were displayed  earlier like 4f6yhru etc, which helps us to enter in any chat room, are not now displays.

Consider checking with the administrator if this specific website has not been 

blocked and hence request him to unblock it.
