Can't delete anything

Hello,

Now i'm getting some serious problem with windows, but i don't want to format my computer, the problem is that i can't delete anymore, any suggestions ?

Dear Sir,

Please confirm whether you are logged in as an administrator and not a user.

This could be the reason why you are unable to delete anything. However, give

more accurate details about what file you are trying to delete.
