Acer laptop no screen view

Hello,
hi there
I removed the back from my laptop and removed the dust etc etc
i then put the back on and started the laptop,which started great
all lights come on fan whirls but screen is black any ideas what i can do to resove this please

Dear Sir,

You could have unplugged some important cables essential for sending images

to the monitor. Please try fixing up if you see any unplugged cable.

i have looked over and over again
i cannot see and lose cables im really stuck of what to do
would i be ok to remove the whole caseing
