How to rate a supplier and then grade him

Hello,

I want to rate my suppliers on thier delivery ( from purchase order date to receipt of material ) and then grade them.

Delivery within schedule date = 50 marks
3 - 6 days late beyond schedule = 35 marks
above 6 days = 15 marks

50 marks will be A grade
50-35 will be B grade
35 - 0 will be C grade

Kindly help me on this

you could use conditional formatting
which version of excel are you using?
