Help with a formula

Hello,
Here is my problem (other than I am not good at formulas and can;t even begin to figure this one out). We handed out a survey to our patients. Asked them who there doctor was, and what kind of satisfaction they got from the visit. I am looking for a formula for A61
in worsheet "FY10", cells A2-A60 is the list of which of 4 doctors (Dr 1,2,3,4- each had about 10-20 surveys returned as the doctor the patient saw). In cells B2-B60 is a number from 1-5 representing levels of satifaction. (5 very satisified, 4-met expectations, etc) In cell A61 i want to know for Dr 1 (there may have been 17 survyes in the 60 returned), what was his average score.
