Hello,

I noticed that all files at my computer contains an extension file of .doc.xls.ppt, etc. I can still open the files but when I tried to rename it the message "If you want to change a file name extension, the file maybe unusable". I tried to rename it and I can no longer open the files. The logo of the Ms word, Ms excel also disapear. Thanks a lot

Dear Philip, 

You will have to enter the extension in which format the file must be saved for

having the file saved properly. For example when saving a Powerpoint file, add 

the .ppt extension at the end when renaming it. This will fix the matter.
