Dvd driver problem

Hello,
Sir i have sony vaio VGN-CR203E model laptop, when we put the cd into the dvd rw then it is not detected, only write option is shown. please suggest what we will do.

Dvd driver problem
Xbox 360 controller driver - Download - Drivers
Dvd decoder - Download - CD and DVD
Dshidmini driver - Download - Gaming tools
Spacedesk driver - Download - Other
Dvd driver for windows 7 free download - Download - Backup and recovery

clean the lens of the drive

this can be done by using a lens cleaner

Dear Sir

is it possible only dvd read but cd not. i have same problem with my laptop what is the solution?
