I can't access gprs on pc

Hello, i am connecting aircel gprs to pc.Connection is well connected properly. But i typping the any site name i got only one type error. The error was "content adviser not allow to see this site , please type password"

You should obtain the necessary settings from you service provider, please contact

them and hence solve the issue.
