Hello,
I have a fairly new Dell Inspiron (8 months old) however, now when I shut down at the end of the day I can't boot up in the am without doing a hard boot. The opening screen has the F2 F12 message but all is frozen.
Can I do something to fix this issue so I don't have to do a hard boot?

remove the battery and press start button
then after five minutes resit battery and start pc
