Mp4 touch screen Closed

Question

Hello,
I Have a 2.8 touch screen mp4 player and I have no idea what happened to it!
but i just cant get the speakers to turn off.
even when i plug in my headphones the speaker is still on.
plzz help!

Once do the Settings and in Sounds there is a option. check once

There is Settings,
but
In Settings , there is
-Music
-Radio
-Record
-Display
-Auto Play
-System
-PowerOff
-Default Set
-Upgrade
but no Sound!

However, I went to Music and in Repeat mode i selected once but didn't seem to work!
help!!!!!!
