Windows error message

Hello, when i run the turning point liberty city game exe LTCG-TPGame.exe file, windows (sp3) displyed a error message "Turning Point: Fall of Liberty has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and also mensioned below the message " if you were in the middle of some thing, the information you were on might be lost" Please help me and give a solution.

was the game working before on your system

or its time time usage?

please give more information as well as your

pc specifications
