Downloading problem

Hello,
Sir, I have got TATA Photon whiz with the speed of 158kbp/s but I am not geting it fully.I get the higest speed upto 4kbp/s and some times not even it. Please give any advice.

i will recommend you to use a download manager

Or you can use an internet accelerator like Internet Cyclone. I've used it and is quite good. You can google it.
