Recover external drive data from failed PC

Hello,

How do i access data files on an external HD from a failed PC. The only folder shown on the HD is a RECOVERY FOLDER?

hi there,

you must connect it via a converter usb 2.0

then you will find it in my computer

and from there open the drive and remove the data

if corrupted then use recovery software

download it from link below:
