I need recovery disc for Pavilion dv-5 1140

Hello,
I am in a pickle here. I bought my notebook in US and now I moved to Europe, Sarajevo to be exact. HP does not ship their recovery packs of this model here, only to US or Canada. Could I download this recovery disc somewhere online? I was not able to find it anywhere.
Please help and thank you so much in advance.

open recovery manager and create the recovery disk

or order it from hp official website

but you must pay for this its not free

I am sorry but I've forgotten to say that my notebook can not boot windows at all, it displays read disk error... I just need that recovery disc.. How can i order it from official hp website when they only ship to US and Canada?
