You can't run redhat exactly like windows, or else what's the use of using linux, you will experience a lot of lagging issues...

There are many flavours of linux available . Redhat and Fedora are the most common and you can download
them from their official websites but i suggest you Fedora because it includes many applications of common use.
you can use it like windows . Below is the link from where you can download fedora. Read instructions before
installtion you can easily do partitions etc.
