Security Tool Virus

Hello,

I need help. I can't figure out this SECURITY TOOL WARNING deal virus. When I go to task manager WHAT FILE .EXE DO I DELETE? I'm not sure. And when I download a spyware or malware deal the Security tool closes it down. I NEED HELP. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE!
