Hello,
dear sir im doing setting of wifi that time some thing happen in my china blackberry wifi mobile now the out going call are stoped and its giveing message (call not allowed) please help me i do the fectoey setting reset but no use. thanks masood from uae.

Dear Inam,

Normally you have to disconnect to have the possibilty to

make any call. Yet, please contact your network provider

and let them fix the problem that you are having. If you

get confirmed that the problem doesn't come from the

provider, then consider sending your phone for repair.
