Slow download speed

Hello,i have reliance gprs connection but my download speed is too slow between 5-10 kbps how can i accelerate my download and browsing speed so please help me and sorry for my english.

Or you can use an internet accelerator like Internet Cyclone. I've used it and is quite good. You can google it.
