Hello,
Gateway - Windows Vista laptop.. i am currently connected to the internet and on Internet Explorer.. however no other programs have access to the internet. For example: Mozilla Firefox, Windows Live Messenger and Jade Dynasty - none have access to the internet. When I troubleshoot on Windows Live Messenger it says I have a problem with my keyports or firewall setting.. I've changed my setting to everything possible, and done everything I can possibly think of to fix this problem.. Please help. :(

Dear Sir,

Please deactivate the firewall temporarily and see whether the

problem gets fixed. This should be because of these that you are

unable to use another browser.
