after every restart

website automatically open in my browser,i was using internet explorer 6 when this problem come now I m using opera 10 same problem continue,,,,,,,,,,help me pls,
i m using nod32 v4,update up to 4640 (20091126)

This is a Phishing site. I would download Malwarebytes and run a scan and let it remove the items it finds.
