My javascript is enabled and still nothing

Hello,
I have read a lot of posts and followed the same instruction and still nothing. i am not sure what is up with this but i went and reformatted my computer back to factory last week and then download the shockwave and flash player and enabled javascript etc and still on myxer and themes4bb and a bunch of others they will not let me view stating that i have not enabled my javascript or flashplayer 9 or higher. i have done both plus have uninstalled the ones i can and reinstalled and still nothing. what can i do please help.
