No idea how to fix this problem

Hello,
I have just bought i new computer, lg screen.
I have turned everything on, everything is in right spot, ive done everything but im screen still says Anaglog Power Saving Mode, i have no idea how to fix nor what to do.
If anyone knows how to fix it, please let me know.

The problem is the monitor is not getting a signal from the computer. Check the cables again. You might need to remove and reinsert the video card into the Motherboard. OR take it back to the store since it's DOA.

I have no clue where to find the motherboard.
