Hello,
Speed always depend on the bandwidth that your service provider is offering to you. Airtel and Idea are two different networks. The bandwidth will differ from network to network. It also depends on how good the network coverage is.
If you are accessing internet through your mobile then delete the settings and get a new GPRS Settings. If the problem still exists then I would suggest you to contact your Idea Customer Care.
