Having trouble getting head to head games

Hello,
whenever i try to play head to head on line the other person is never there or i cant pick my team....is this a normal problem for everyone or is it just me ....help please

Dear Sir,

Please confirm whether the person is really not there. If it is the case,

then it is something normal. Otherwise it would be a great problem.

Please confirm the issue.
