Hello,

I have an issue. I have a dell xps 400 desktop. I have had a protected wireless connection for two years now - a linksys router and a cable modem. It is possible that somehow the name of my wireless connection changed its name by itself? I tried to connect my laptop as I always do but this past weekend I had a problem. I found a wireless connection with a different name (my original one with a different name?) but it accepted my password. I then connected to it but then it says limited or no connectivity and I click on Internet explorer but can't get online. What is the deal?

Please help
--Frank

hi

my friend there are two main problems in it

1. change ur profile, may be another profile is conflicting with it.

2. if its a dynamic modem ( network) then it could be a problem with ur wires and yes, if u r using wireless then remove the proxy settings.

hope the second one will work
