Help with Hyperlink Excel Macro

Hello,
I have a macro that creates new worksheets in an Excel book, it also names the sheet after the cell you are on. Can someone help me with a macro that hyperlinks that cell to the sheet? Thx all, I appreciate your help.

What I need though, is a macro that hyoperlinks the cell with the worksheet that's been named after it. Is it even possible?
