Micro Innovations driver for IC825C?Closed

Hello, I need to find a free driver download for my cam? The other solutions offered on this site are either out of date or link to sites that seem to have the driver but then I can't figure out how to download it. 

For example, people keep posting this link - https://www.gettoggle.com/free-download/kl50430/Driver-Micro-Innovations-IC825C.htm

But I don't see an option to actually download. Any help?
