Cannot copy the photos from memory card Closed

Hello,
I have very important photos in my camera. I used SONY Cyber Shot. I can see the photos in camera but I cannot copy the photos from memory to computer. I cannot see the photos while I use the memory card reader.
Please help me,how can I open the photos. It doesn't show any files in memory card while I use it in computer.

hi there,

if you have set password on the memory card

you need to remove the password to get access to it

or install camera driver on pc then connect via usb cable

Did you manage to get your photos off the memory card? We are having the same problem.

Please try an alternative memory card in order to confirm whether the problem is not coming from memory card itself and indicate for further help.
