Music downloads

Hello,I dowloaded music from the internet and the music plays

so softly,I cannot hear a thing,unless I put the phone close to my

ear.I did adjust the volume up to the highest,but the music is

still playing very softly.Please assist.

Dear Candy,

This should be free music that you downloaded and often such

music contains many errors and can even be corrupted

resulting in not playing at all. I will advise you to download it

from another site.
