HCL Giving the worst service

Hello,

My co-woker has purchased a HCL p30 PDC notebook. and now it is having some driver problem, when tried to install form the driver cd it gives unsupported hardware. I think the guys have provided the wrong CD. Any way its HCL.. its never going to provide good service. HCL is one of the worst in IT(in Gujarat.. bcas i am not aware of elsewhere)

Hi there,

it may be that you are using other version of windows

and drivers are not for it
