No Start button, icons or taskbar

Hello,
I recently downloaded form frostwire mavis beacon typing, it must have had a virus or malware. now I have no icons, taskbar, or start button. cannot find explorer.exe any where, cmd prompt regedit or task manager. cannot get to msconfig. or c:\windows in cmd prompt. Can anyone help me. Any programs I can download from another pc or purchase that can solve my problem?
