Hello,i leave in Ethiopia, i bout my laptop from saudi arabia .It is asking me a product key when i enter the product key which is found on the back side it says wrong number.ANd when i check in the web site it says you have to buy... is it the only solution?

hi there,

in your case i will

advise you to contact Microsoft and inform

then on this issue they will find a solution

or will give you a new key as you mentioned you have it at the back
