Hello,
My laptop's sound is not working. I tried to solve it through your website but I couldn't since there is no matched model in your site. My laptop's model is L300-254

Try to re-install the sound drivers which you can find from the link below.

Select the Family,Series and Finally Model and you will get the desired drivers for your laptop.
