Firefox 3.3.5 and IE 8 won't connect to web

Hello,
I guess I have the same problem. I downloaded the newest version of firefox and it will not connect to any web sites. I then did the same with IE and I have same result - IE will not connect to any web sites. I then attempted to browse with Safari and it works OK. Apparently the problem has to do with the upgrades or the upgrade process. Any suggestions for making my browsers work would be appreciated.

hi there,
you need to clear the cache and delete
cookies of the browsers this will fix this issue
as you mentioned safari works perfect
