My laptop is reset wit the wrong settings

Hello,
i sent my laptop in to a shop to get fixed but i had no back up disk so they brought it back to factory settings ooff a different computer... i got my laptop back 100 times worse than it was... my laptop is an acer travelmate 5720... they didnt even use another acer computer... my windows media licence is gone my short cut buttons no longer work my head phone input is not working and i have NO acer files at all not even my crystal eye... please someboby help me do something i need my laptop back to the way it was

you can recover the files but not 100 percent using easy recovery. all you have to do is find someone that has same configuration/model of your laptop and barrow the restore cd or you can download from the site.

wat is the name of the file i need to download the restore cd off this site

go to acer site and check the model of your laptop ex:travelmate 5720 then seach for the restore cd.
